## Building Homes With Care

As Principal Contractor, Butler + Duke deliver bespoke residential projects for private clients, managing the full construction process from commencement to completion.

Our background in both architecture and construction means we understand design intent as well as delivery — coordinating trades, materials and detailing on site with the care and attention every home deserves.

## From detail to delivery - our expertise

Clients are kept close to the process throughout, with regular updates and direct access to the team managing their build. Rather than treating construction as a handover from design, we stay involved at every stage — so nothing gets lost in translation between drawing and finished home.
