Once your plot is secured — land purchased, planning permission in place, and approvals and utilities arranged — you'll enter into a build contract with Butler & Duke, backed by detailed drawings, specifications and a 10-year structural warranty, giving you a clear framework for the journey ahead.

From layouts and kitchens to bathrooms, flooring and finishes, we work closely with you to create a home that reflects your lifestyle and priorities.
